Extended Riding Range
The 50Ah capacity provides significantly more stored energy for riders who want additional range without sacrificing high-performance discharge capability.
Laboratory-Tested Range: Up to 165 km / approximately 103 miles at an average speed of 25 km/h (15.5 mph).

Samsung 50S 21700 Cells
The EVO GT uses Grade A Samsung 50S 21700 cells selected for high-current performance and capacity.
The battery pack is designed to maintain extremely tight cell voltage consistency, with a stated voltage difference of less than 0.01V after 10,000Ah of cycling.
Expected Cell Lifespan: Minimum 70% capacity after 3 years under specified operating conditions.
High-Current BMS
A custom BMS utilizing 22 HYG017N10 MOSFETs is engineered to handle the demands of high-performance e-moto applications.
The system supports high-current pulses while minimizing heat generation, with stated heat generation below 18W during a 250A discharge.
The BMS provides protection against multiple charging and discharging conditions while allowing riders to monitor battery status in real time.
Bluetooth BMS Monitoring
Connect to the battery through Bluetooth to monitor important operating information directly from a compatible device.
The BMS provides real-time battery condition information to help riders monitor performance and identify potential issues.
VTB Interactive Color LCD
An integrated color display provides real-time battery information directly on the pack, including:

Accidental-touch protection activates when current exceeds 0A to help prevent the battery from being unintentionally switched off while operating.
Ultra-Fast Charging
The integrated low-profile XT90 charging port allows the battery to remain installed in the bike while charging.
With a compatible VTB fast charger, the battery supports charging currents of up to 50A continuously, allowing approximately 1-hour charging under supported conditions.
A protective rubber cap provides additional coverage for the charging port when riding.
High-Current Connectors
Two upgraded RAS 6808 connectors replace the standard Sur-Ron REB6808-style 200A connector.

Spark-Prevention Design
Instead of relying on the factory-style breaker or air switch, the EVO GT incorporates a press-and-hold power button designed to reduce electrical arcing and sparking during battery activation.
IP67 Construction
The battery is rated IP67, with discharge cells sealed using epoxy resin to provide increased protection against water and environmental exposure during outdoor riding.
Sur-Ron Light Bee Fitment
Designed specifically as a battery upgrade for the Sur-Ron Light Bee.
The battery fits within the original battery compartment while increasing the installed battery height by approximately 2 cm / 0.8 in.
