Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Because many of our products are custom-built, made to order, or electrical performance components, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast turnaround.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if approved by K. Mods Racing.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom fabricated parts
- Custom battery packs
- Controllers
- Motors
- Wiring harnesses
- Special-order items
- Installed or used electrical components
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages are the responsibility of the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll gladly assist if additional documentation is needed.
