Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with K. Mods Racing. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or fabricated products may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times, when applicable, will be noted on the product page.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier operations, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of K. Mods Racing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or requires reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

• Check around your delivery location.
• Ask neighbors or household members.
• Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We will gladly assist by providing shipping documentation if needed.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the damaged product
• A description of the damage

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.
