Engineered for high-output electric motorcycles, the VTB Beast is capable of producing up to 28kW peak power and 62 Nm of torque when paired with a compatible aftermarket controller and high-output battery.
With a maximum stable rotor speed of 9,500 RPM, up to 850A phase current, ≥95% maximum efficiency, and an advanced ABZ + PWM encoder system, the Beast is built for riders who demand strong acceleration, precise throttle response, and high-performance motor control.
For maximum performance, pair the VTB Beast with the VTB V9600 Controller and a battery capable of supplying the required power.

62 Nm High-Torque Design
A precise 0.5mm rotor air gap contributes to the Beast Motor’s ability to produce up to 62 Nm of torque.
The motor uses an IPM internal permanent magnet rotor, a motor architecture commonly used in high-performance electric vehicle applications because of its power density and efficiency characteristics.
High-Strength Motor Shaft
The motor shaft is manufactured from 40CrMoTi high-strength steel alloy, providing the strength required for demanding, high-output e-moto applications.
Advanced Stator Construction
High-magnetic-force stator laminations are used to help minimize eddy-current losses and improve motor efficiency.
The stator windings utilize VPI Vacuum Pressure Impregnation, a process designed to thoroughly insulate and protect the windings while improving durability under demanding operating conditions.
High-Performance Bearings
The VTB Beast uses premium sealed bearings engineered for durability, shock absorption, and demanding riding conditions.

VTB Encoder Connector System
The VTB Beast features a Nylon M12 circular sensor connector designed for integration with the VTB V9600 Controller.
The circular connector uses an IMD manufacturing process and provides an IP67-rated connection when properly installed.
The motor also supports an 8-pin square sensor terminal, providing additional compatibility when the motor is being used with other controller configurations.
Circular Connector
Recommended when pairing the Beast Motor with other VTB components, particularly the V9600 Controller. The circular design provides increased environmental sealing and a cleaner integrated connection.
Square Connector
Provides greater versatility for use with compatible third-party controllers. However, this connector configuration may provide less protection against water intrusion compared with the fully sealed circular VTB connection.

Peak power does not represent continuous power output. Actual motor performance depends on battery capability, controller configuration, gearing, vehicle weight, temperature, riding conditions, and other system components.
Professional installation and proper controller configuration are recommended for high-power applications.
